SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS

We are a specialty wine importer and work hard to bring the finest wines in the world to the U.S. Our wines sell out fast - reserve your selections today.

• A commercial address is strongly encouraged to ensure delivery on the first attempt.
• Federal law & UPS require an adult signature (21+ years) at the time of delivery.
• In-stock wines ship immediately if the weather is favorable.
• If your order contains Pre-Ordered or Backordered wines, and is less than 12 bottles total, we will hold your entire order unless you stipulate to ship in-stock wines separately at checkout or through customer service. (Additional shipping fees will be applied.)

• To reserve your allocation of wines, your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.
• The transfer of title on all orders is in California once processing has been completed (when the order is paid for and in the box).

WEATHER ADVISORY

• Wines are stored in California.
• We include complimentary storage for up to 6 months during periods of extreme heat or cold. We will release your wine when temperatures are more favorable, or per your request; however, if you choose immediate release, you are shipping at your own risk.
• At Checkout, under Shipping Method, you will find options to 'Hold for Optimal Weather', or 'Ship Now' either with or without a ColdPack for the last leg of the journey (shipping is always temperature controlled for the long-haul portion of the journey). Below is a breakdown of these options and what they mean for your shipment:
  • Hold for Optimal Weather: We will hold shipments during extremely cold or warm months so your wine arrives in ideal condition No temp control or Cold Pack will be used when released. (we consider all weather along the route, not just the destination—see the last bullet).
  • Release Now - (±7 Days): This means you want us to disregard the weather forecast and release your order as soon as all items are ready to ship. There are no temp-control options. This is the fastest form of shipping when country-wide weather is mild.
  • Release Now - Add Cold Pack (±7 Days): The same as above, but your order is packed in a styrofoam box and a Cold Pack is added before release. This will last 24 - 48 hours depending on ambient temperatures. Ideal for 6- or 12-bottle shipments where you want added protection.
  • Release Now - Temp Control (±14 Days): If available, we will release your order immediately with a temperature-controlled long-haul shipment. The last leg will not have a Cold Pack. The delivery window is estimated at 10-14 days. We don't recommend this in warmer months.
  • Release Now - Temp Control + Cold Pack (±14 Days): Same as above, but your order is packed in a styrofoam box and Cold Packs are placed in the box before the last leg of delivery. This provides added peace of mind in warmer months.

• Duration is an estimate only and is based on all items being in stock to meet minimum requirements for immediate release.
