Harvested by hand in the cool morning hours, our Cabernet Franc rosé reflects the character of Stellenbosch’s finest slopes on Simonsberg and Helderberg. Gently pressed and fermented in our gravity-fed cellar, the juice was left on fine lees with regular stirring to build texture and complexity. A small portion of barrel-fermented rosé was added to enhance depth and nuance—resulting in a vibrant, layered wine with natural elegance and balance.
