Description

Paserene Elements Rosie 2025 is a Western Cape rosé made from Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Malbec, styled with freshness, polish, and easy drinkability in mind. It sits in that appealing space where bright fruit and clean acidity do most of the work, while careful élevage adds a little more texture than you might expect from a straightforward summer rosé. The result is a wine that feels playful on the surface but well made underneath it.

The nose opens with strawberry, crushed pomegranate, and a light confectionary note, lifted by citrus zest. On the palate, ripe watermelon and red berry fruit lead, with a silky texture balanced by crisp acidity and a properly dry finish that keeps the wine refreshing rather than sweet. Its pale salmon-pink color and bright fruit profile make it a natural match for burrata with tomatoes, charcuterie, or a berry-led salad, but it also works just as well on its own when the weather calls for something cold and bright.

Made for early enjoyment, this is a polished, fruit-forward rosé with enough freshness and texture to keep you coming back to the glass.
The grapes were gently pressed with limited skin contact to achieve a pale salmon-pink color while preserving purity and restraint. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness and vibrant fruit character. The wine was then aged on the lees for one year, followed by a further four months in bottle to bring the texture and fruit profile into better harmony before release.
