In the glass, it shows a pale salmon hue, leading into aromas of fresh strawberry and orchard blossom. The palate is light and finely balanced, with notes of pink grapefruit, red berries, and sweet cherry carried by a bright, refreshing acidity. The texture is clean and precise, finishing crisp, dry, and gently lingering, making it an easy yet thoughtful choice for a wide range of occasions.
A versatile rosé, perfect with summer salads, seafood, light pastas, or enjoyed on its own.

The grapes were hand-harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and aromatic purity. After destemming and crushing, the juice was immediately separated from the skins, using only the free-run juice and a small portion of lightly pressed juice (up to 0.5 bar).
The juice was clarified through flotation before fermentation with selected yeast strains at varying temperatures to enhance aromatic complexity. After fermentation, the wine was blended and lightly filtered prior to bottling, preserving its delicate character and freshness.
