Bright, expressive, and coastal by nature, this off-dry Pinot Gris from Waiheke Island delivers a vibrant dance between ripe orchard fruit and zesty acidity. Aromas of white nectarine, lime zest, and elderflower lift from the glass, layered with notes of wet stone and sea breeze.
The palate is generous and juicy with hints of mandarin peel, honeysuckle, and a gentle spritz of natural CO₂ that adds freshness and finesse. Balanced by a whisper of sweetness and a mineral edge, it's a captivating white with island soul—perfect for summer sipping or elegant seafood pairings.
Harvested from hillside and coastal vineyards on Waiheke and Ponui Islands, our 2025 Pinot Gris was hand-picked in stages to capture a full flavor spectrum—from bright citrus to ripe mandarin. After gentle pressing and overnight settling, cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks retained purity and vibrancy.
Natural fermentation stopped with a touch of residual sugar to balance acidity. Bottled young to preserve freshness and a coastal, off-dry charm.
