A portion aged in 500L French oak barrels brings a luxurious touch of toasted almond, honeycomb, and warm vanilla to the nose. The palate is fresh yet textured, with bright acidity and a smooth, lingering finish. Balanced, intense, and built to age beautifully, this is a structured white blend that overdelivers in every sip.

Hand-harvested from low-yielding, southeast-facing vineyards spanning 50–240m elevation. Cool Atlantic breezes and granitic soils shape fruit with vivid freshness. Fermented and aged in a mix of new and seasoned French oak barrels, this white blend matured on lees for 10 months, then bottle-aged for another year for added complexity and longevity.
