Fresh red and dark fruit with spicy aromas upon entry. A well-balanced wine with so round tannins and a pleasant finish. Pairs well with stews, roast chicken, and red meats on the “braai” (barbecue)
Different systems of skin contact and fermentation in open fermenters, roto tanks, and fermentomatics. 6 to 8 days on skins at 25°C. Aer malolactic fermentation, the wine was treated with oak.
