Bright and refreshing, this Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc opens with zesty aromas of lemon and elderflower, supported by hints of green guava, fresh herbs, and a subtle mineral edge. The palate shows lively citrus and green fruit layered over a gentle creaminess from time on the lees, finishing crisp, clean, and vibrant.
Crafted by winemaker Narina Cloete from vineyards situated between 200 and 400 meters above sea level, the wine captures the classic freshness and aromatic lift that make Sauvignon Blanc so compelling.
A perfect wine for summer celebrations, picnics, and relaxed get-togethers, pairing beautifully with grilled seafood, fresh oysters, goat cheese salads, or light pasta dishes.

The hand harvested grapes were transported to the cellar in the early hours of the morning. The grapes were pressed immediately upon arrival at the cellar. Cold alcoholic fermentation at 13-17°C ensured the preservation of typical Sauvignon Blanc aromas.
Three months of extended lees contact on the fine lees and regular lees stirring after fermentation gave the wine a lush and savory palate texture.
