Deep and vibrant, this Cabernet Sauvignon presents an intense black cherry color and a complex bouquet of cassis, blackberries, cigar box, pencil shavings, and a refreshing hint of mint. The palate is richly layered with concentrated dark fruit flavors, balanced by elegant tannins and subtle oak notes.
Its structure and long, refined finish make it an ideal pairing for roasted lamb, beef fillet, or mushroom risotto. With excellent aging potential, this wine promises to evolve beautifully over the years

This wine was fermented in open tanks with pump overs and punch downs being performed four times daily to extract all possible flavors from the berries. After alcoholic fermentation the wines underwent malolactic fermentation in barrel followed by 18 months ageing in 30% new French oak barrels.
