Delicate, floral-perfumed rose petals, white cherries, and peaches, with an oyster shell salinity. A generous, crisp, full mouthfeel. A smooth, creamy, elegant wine with tons of finesse and a long finish. A multi-layered, lingering wine that sparkles like a diamond! Early-season cherries on the palate with a riverstone minerality.
Winter 2021 saw good rainfall and plenty of cold days. The growing season was characterized by cool temperatures and regular rains until December. January and February were hot and dry, but the rain returned in March, making the harvest challenging. Rosé grapes were harvested under excellent conditions in February.
