Radiant and golden in the glass, this iconic Vin de Constance 2020 offers a heady nose of Seville marmalade, quince, candied ginger, and ripe stone fruit. Layers of red apple and toffee unfold with hints of floral perfume and spice.
The palate is opulent yet poised—silky in texture with vibrant acidity, intricate fruit intensity, and a touch of salinity. Roasted walnut dryness balances the natural sweetness, creating a drier, more refined style. A powerful, age-worthy dessert wine with a long, zesty finish.

The 2020 vintage gave us concentrated Muscat berries with incredible purity thanks to a dry, moderate season. We hand-harvested in 19 focused passes over just three weeks—far shorter than usual—selecting only the ripest fruit. After gentle skin contact and pressing, each batch was blended for perfect balance before fermentation stopped naturally. Aged 18 months in 500L Hungarian and French oak, then another 18 in foudre, this wine was crafted to evolve gracefully for decades.
