From some of Africa’s southernmost vineyards, this cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc bursts with zesty citrus and tropical passion fruit, layered with fresh gooseberry and green pepper notes. The palate is refined and elegant, finishing with a crisp, mineral edge that lingers beautifully. A superb choice for those who appreciate premium, cool-climate wines. Perfect with fresh seafood, spicy Asian dishes, crisp salads, or tangy semi-dried tomatoes, it’s equally delightful served as a sophisticated aperitif.
Grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness (21–23° Balling) and given 16 hours of skin contact for enhanced flavor. Fermented at a cool 15°C to preserve freshness, the wine rested on fine lees for 2 months to build texture before careful blending. Bottled in June 2024, with only 4,000 six-bottle cases released.
