Tropical notes of pineapple and citrus meet layers of dried stone fruit in this elegant Viognier from Franschhoek’s La Petite Ferme. The palate is vibrant and expressive, with a fresh streak of acidity that leads into a dry, savory finish. Refined yet approachable, this vintage captures the character of its mountain vineyards and will shine alongside lightly spiced dishes, seafood, or creamy cheeses. A must-have for lovers of aromatic, food-friendly white wines.
We harvest grapes from three Franschhoek vineyards separately to preserve each site’s unique character. After gentle pressing, the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain purity and aromatics. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is transferred to old 228L barrels for 9 months of aging. This subtle oak integration brings layered texture and complexity without overpowering the varietal’s vibrant fruit and floral notes.
