Little Rock Blanc is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Viognier, and Chardonnay. It is made to be enjoyed amongst friends with or without food and on any occasion. Pale straw green with golden hues, this wine exhibits an abundance of stone fruit and tropical aromas reminiscent of peaches, apricots, and perfume with subtle spice nuances. Flavors of fruit salad and a fresh lively acidity neatly tie the wine together.
They worked towards early morning harvesting with gentle pressing and settling of juice. The cold fermentations conducted at 14 degrees Celcius, in order to maintain the aromatics in each batch. The Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Semillon cultivators in the blend were vinified separately, with blending occurring prior to bottling and the blend seeing gross lees contact in an excess of 5 months.
