Pretty in pink and bursting with charm, the Paserene Elements Rosie Rosé 2024 is a beautifully expressive blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Malbec from the sun-kissed slopes of the Western Cape. On the nose, expect an enticing medley of strawberries, crushed pomegranate, and playful hints of cotton candy, lifted by a zing of citrus zest. The palate is silky and fruit-forward, offering notes of ripe watermelon and berry sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and a refreshingly dry finish. Its vibrant salmon-pink hue makes it as visually stunning as it is delicious. Perfectly paired with burrata and tomatoes, charcuterie, or a fresh berry salad, this rosé is summer in a glass—elegant, light, and endlessly sippable.
We gently press the grapes to capture a pale salmon-pink hue, allowing just enough skin contact for elegance without overpowering the purity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness and vibrant fruit character. After aging on lees for a year, we give it four more months in bottle to harmonize. The result is a crisp, expressive rosé that’s both delicate and deeply refreshing—crafted to be savored with joy.
