The flinty, stone fruit, and fig-like aromas from the Sauvignon Blanc are beautifully complemented by vibrant tangerine notes from the Semillon. On the palate, the wine offers a harmonious blend of gooseberry and melon, adding to its full, rounded creaminess. This wine showcases a persistent body with impressive length and refined elegance, making it a standout with a graceful finish.
The wine is crafted in a reductive style to retain its vibrant aromatic fruit profile. Fermentation was carried out in a mix of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to enhance complexity. Each component was kept separate during the maturation process, with regular battonage (lees stirring) to add texture and depth. After 6 months of maturation, the components were carefully blended to create a well-balanced final wine.

Quoin Rock has deep, historic roots but fate, passion, energy and vision have transformed the old wine estate. Under the custodianship of the Gaiduk family, 2012 signaled a new era.
The family not only invested in the restoration of the 200-ha estate over the following years but in a future where visitors and guests would be captivated by their experience.
