Opulent aromas of dark fruit are complemented by enticing spice notes, showcasing the distinctive character of this Shiraz. The palate is beautifully layered, offering a balance of ripe blackberry, plum, and subtle hints of pepper. Elegance and refinement shine through in its smooth texture and well-structured tannins, leading to a long and satisfying finish that highlights its complexity.
Fermentation took place in open fermentation tanks using 50% whole bunches. Two punch downs were done daily whilst the wine underwent fermentation, with the grapes being pressed gently after 30 days. Barrel maturation took place in 100% new French oak barrels for a total of 24 months before blending and bottling.
