This elegant white blend from Stellenbosch glows pale straw in the glass, with a brilliant clarity that hints at its finesse. Aromas of green guava, pink grapefruit, and subtle blackcurrant are layered with marzipan and toasted biscotti. The palate is rich and expressive, echoing the nose with zesty acidity and refined depth. A beautifully textured wine with age-worthy potential, it shines now and will reward cellaring. Perfect with creamy saffron seafood or butter-seared scallops.
Crafted from hand-harvested Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon grown on Tokara’s highest Stellenbosch slopes, this wine reflects its mountain terroir. Only the purest free-run juice was barrel fermented in 400L French oak (31% new) and matured for 10 months on fine lees with regular stirring to build complexity and texture. The result is a finely balanced blend with expressive character and age-worthy depth.
