Tight on the palate with elegant cherry, some tobacco leaf and a graphite edge. Perfectly balanced with layers of fruit purity and expansive, cashmere texture which permeates across the palate and lingers to the dry finish.
A warm spring resulted in early, however uniform budding. A cool yet dry and windy November/December resulted in drier soils and small berries. January rains moistened soils and cool evening temperatures allowed for slower ripening of our grapes. A remarkable vintage featuring wines of outstanding quality and longevity.

Our Estate is 127 hectares in size - 33 hectares of which are under vine. Six varietals are grown, namely Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Our vineyards are positioned between 260 and 620 meters above sea level and only nine kilometers from False Bay. This creates the climate for wines that are by definition elegant in style.
Our fine wines are handcrafted using only grapes from the vineyard sites on our property, to truly express the unique traits of our remarkable site. Wines of elegance, minerality and longevity.
