In 2024, we hand-harvested most of our Chenin Blanc at peak ripeness, with a small early-picked portion to enhance freshness. Fruit came from three vineyard blocks, including 40% old bush vines. After gentle destemming and light skin contact, we pressed and settled the juice overnight. Fermentation was spontaneous and cold, with 30% briefly in oak for added texture. The wine rested on its lees for two months, building richness and length before bottling.
