Refined, radiant, and richly expressive—this is Chardonnay at its most elegant. Aromas of citrus blossom, ripe pear, and juicy white peach unfold with subtle hints of vanilla, toasted almond, and a whisper of flinty minerality from barrel aging. On the palate, it’s creamy yet vibrant, balancing layered texture with a bright line of acidity. A lingering finish offers delicate oak spice and refreshing finesse. This structured and sophisticated Chardonnay is a natural match for seafood, creamy pasta dishes, or slow-roasted pork belly.
Grown in Elgin’s cool climate, our Chardonnay ripens slowly for depth and crisp acidity. Hand-harvested at dawn, gently pressed, and fermented in French oak (25% new), the wine spends 9–11 months on the lees with bâtonnage, building texture and elegance without overpowering the fruit. Every step is about balance, expression, and preserving the vineyard’s purity.
