With inviting aromas of dried apricot and candied citrus, this elegant dessert wine reveals hints of Muscat and soft vanilla, adding depth to its bouquet. Its flavor profile is layered and refined, striking a delicate balance between sweetness and a surprisingly drier finish than typical dessert wines. When served well-chilled, the wine offers a rich mouthfeel that enhances its complex notes. Originally crafted in 2001 as a tribute to Leigh Ord and Heather Arnold, this Noble Late Harvest blend honors its legacy with every sophisticated, lingering sip.
Only produced from grapes which have turned into raisins on the vine. This is done by pinching the stem of the grape bunches preventing sap flow to bunches. Therefore we have no influence on wine from Botrytis, which would otherwise add too much richness and sweetness for what we are looking for.

Waterford Estate is situated in the Blaauwklippen Valley on the rolling slopes of the Helderberg Mountain in South Africa. It is this mountain range that gives Waterford Estate wines their unique character and sense of place. The beautiful, natural stone façade of Waterford Estate house hints at their deep appreciation for the mountain and their pursuit to preserve the footprint of nature and the vigor of the vines.
The sustainability practices of the Waterford Estate play a great role in demonstrating respect for nature and the environment. Only half of the property is planted under vines and orchards, the remainder is dedicated to the preservation and growth of the indigenous fynbos.
From the highly acclaimed 'Kevin Arnold' Shiraz to the award-winning Estate Range of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé, and their iconic 'The Jem' red blend, Waterford wines are more than just complex and balanced, but made to share lasting memories with family and friends through wine.
