Harvested in the cool early morning, the small, concentrated berries were gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel to capture vibrant color and flavor. Regular pump-overs enhanced extraction, followed by malolactic fermentation in seasoned barrels for added softness. The wine was then matured for 16 months in a mix of new French and American oak, adding depth, structure, and subtle spice to this expressive and well-balanced Pinotage.
