Grapes were hand-harvested in the cool early mornings and cold-soaked for three days before spontaneous fermentation. After gentle pressing, the wine matured 12 months in French oak (10% new) to develop structure and depth. Final blending occurred one month before bottling, with additional bottle aging to enhance complexity, balance, and finesse, producing a refined Walker Bay red blend.
