The Marianne Rosé 2024 is a refined, Provence-inspired expression from Simonsberg-Paarl, crafted from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Shiraz, and Mourvèdre. Elegant and expressive, it reflects the estate’s French influence and focus on balance, freshness, and finesse.
The nose is delicate and aromatic, with notes of rose petal, fresh cranberry, and raspberry, layered with subtle hints of orange zest and white peach. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and vibrant, with crisp acidity supporting bright red fruit and citrus tones. The texture is smooth and rounded, leading to a clean, refreshing finish that feels both polished and effortlessly drinkable.
This is a versatile rosé, perfect for summer entertaining, light salads, seafood, charcuterie, and Mediterranean-style dishes.

Each varietal was harvested specifically for rosé production and pressed immediately upon arrival at the cellar, using only the free-run and soft press juice to preserve delicacy and purity. The Shiraz and Grenache were co-fermented to enhance aromatic integration, while Cinsault and Mourvèdre were fermented separately to retain their individual character.
Following blending, the wine was matured in stainless steel tanks, with occasional lees stirring to protect freshness and enhance texture. This careful approach results in a rosé that is aromatic, balanced, and elegantly structured.
