Each soil type brings its own magic—granite lending crisp lime and minerality, while sandstone adds tropical depth and texture. We ferment them separately in stainless steel at 14–16°C after a gentle 2–3 day cold settling. Aged on the lees for six months, the wine gains richness and mouthfeel, all without a drop of oak. It's a pure, terroir-driven expression of Chenin Blanc, just as we intended.
