Barrel Maturation: Crafted in 300L French oak barrels from select cooperages, this wine undergoes 24 months of maturation, with 60% in new barrels and 40% in second-fill barrels. After this period, it rests for an additional 12 months in stainless steel tanks on its fine lees, enhancing complexity and texture. Bottle Maturation: The wine is then aged for 12 months in bottle prior to release, ensuring optimal development and refinement.
