The 2022 vintage benefited from a cool, wet growing season with above-average rainfall and even snow on the Helderberg Mountain. Gentle conditions during flowering and moderate temperatures during ripening led to ideal moisture levels and slow, even berry development. These exceptional conditions delivered Chardonnay grapes with remarkable concentration, purity, and elegant flavor—making this one of Uva Mira’s finest vintages to date.
