Lively and expressive, this Sauvignon Blanc is bursting with notes of passion fruit and a hint of guava. A portion of the grapes comes from Villiera’s treasured old bush vines, bringing extra freshness, vibrancy, and depth to the wine. Crisp and fruit-forward, it’s delicious on its own and shines alongside seafood dishes. While approachable now, the 2024 vintage has the structure to evolve gracefully over the next 2 to 3 years—making it a versatile addition to your wine collection.
We harvested the grapes at medium ripeness in the cool early hours to preserve their natural acidity and aromatic freshness. After destemming and gentle crushing, the juice spent six hours on the skins to extract maximum varietal character. Only the free-run and first pressings were used to ensure purity. A portion of the wine was barrel fermented for added texture and complexity, while the rest was cool-fermented in stainless steel before blending, stabilizing, and bottling in late autumn.
