A perfect pairing for creamy seafood dishes or crayfish, this white blend showcases balance, richness, and cool-climate finesse.
Grown on nutrient-rich shale and ancient sandstone soils, Semillon brings depth and earthiness, while Sauvignon Blanc adds vibrant minerality and finesse. After gentle pressing, both varieties underwent skin contact and were fermented in 225L French oak barrels. Aged separately on lees for 10 months, the wines developed layered texture and complexity. The final blend is crafted with precision, balancing richness and freshness in perfect harmony.
