With a shimmering pale rose-gold hue, this elegant rosé captures the essence of summer in every sip. Aromas of rose petals, white cherries, and fresh peaches rise delicately from the glass, kissed by a subtle oyster shell salinity. On the palate, it’s generous yet refined—think early-season cherries layered over creamy minerality, wrapped in a silky, crystalline mouthfeel. The finish is long, clean, and quietly luxurious. Whether you’re sipping it seaside or with freshly shucked oysters, Holden Manz Rothko Rosé 2024 is made for moments of shared beauty and fine taste.
Crafted in a true Provençal style, this dry, fruit-driven rosé blends 53% Grenache, 24% Syrah, and 23% Cinsault. Grapes were handpicked between 29 January and 20 February 2024 and whole-bunch pressed under dry ice using the Champagne cycle, ensuring less than 3 hours of skin contact to capture vibrant fruit while preserving its delicate hue. Bottled on 16 October 2024.
