Hand-picked at peak ripeness, each varietal in our 2021 Warlord blend was vinified with care. Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in stainless steel with daily pumpovers, while Malbec and Petit Verdot underwent punch-downs in small open-top fermenters for added depth. After fermentation, the wine matured for 22 months in French oak barriques, developing its structure, complexity, and signature Cavalli elegance before bottling.
