Delaire Graff Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch is a powerful and elegant South African red wine with excellent depth, structure, and aging potential. Deep garnet red in colour with youthful purple hues, it immediately reflects both richness and concentration in the glass. The palate is smooth and velvety, offering a balanced mouthfeel that carries the wine’s complexity with ease. Layers of cassis, dark fruit, and subtle spice unfold beautifully, creating a rich and lingering finish with impressive intensity. Complex yet polished, this Stellenbosch Cabernet Sauvignon is well suited to cellaring and can age gracefully for 8 to 12 years, rewarding patience with even greater depth and character over time.
Produced with meticulous care and attention, grapes were de-stemmed and partially crushed, combining punch downs and pump overs at cooler temperatures between 24°C and 26°C. The wine was left on the skin post ferment for between four and six weeks at 16°C and matured in 80% new French oak barrels for 16 month
