Crafted from hand-selected vineyards across Ceres Plateau, Bottelary Hills, and Durbanville, each component of this blend was vinified separately in a mix of open cement and stainless steel fermenters. After malolactic fermentation, the wines were aged for 18 months in oak—30% new—with Pinotage in both French and American oak, and Cinsaut and Pinot Noir in French oak only. This careful, site-driven approach brings depth, structure, and elegant complexity to the final blend.
