The nose is gentle yet defiant, and opens with the aroma of pink peppercorns and herby notes. You will feel as though you are walking through a herb garden on an early summer evening, when the herbs are fragrant and aromatic. There are notes of lavender and thyme, mingled with deep blueberry and plum favours, as well as light iodine. It is youthful but not without character, focusing on elegance and spice. Dark chocolate and warm spices bring in the finish.
The grapes for our Elements Range are sourced from three different vineyards, all of which have different soils and climates. These grapes for our gorgeous Dark are from Tulbagh (30%) and our Franschhoek vineyard (35%).
