Lively and expressive, this Chardonnay from Paarl opens with fresh tropical fruit aromas and a hint of grilled pineapple. The palate is bright and zesty, layered with ripe tropical flavors that lead into a creamy, buttery biscuit finish. A beautifully balanced wine that offers richness without heaviness, ideal for pairing with roast chicken, seafood, or simply enjoying on its own. Drink now or over the next few years to savor its evolving complexity.
Grown on the southeastern slopes of the Simonsberg at 300–400m altitude, our Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested at dawn to preserve freshness. Fermented in a mix of new and seasoned 300L French oak barrels, the wine matures on its lees for 11 months with regular stirring. This traditional method enhances mouthfeel, integrates oak flavor, and adds depth. Partial malolactic fermentation softens acidity and delivers a rich, creamy finish true to our Paarl terroir.
