Handpicked in the cool morning from old bush vines in Paarl (planted in 1974) and Franschhoek, our Chenin was whole-bunch pressed, settled for 2 days, and fermented naturally in 500L French oak barrels—30% new, 70% seasoned. Aged on the lees for 10 months, this gentle approach preserves the vineyard’s character while building elegant texture and layered complexity.
