Description

A young, light bodied Pinot Noir. This wine has flavors of strawberry, Turkish delight and a subtle floral undertone, with a balanced acidity and soft tannins, leading to a smooth, fruit-forward finish.
Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a very small town on the West Coast called Ebenaezer, once an Old Rhenish Mission Station at the mouth of the Olifants River. Harvested at 23 B, fermented in open top bins with minimal intervention and light hand punchdowns throughout , basket pressed into barrels and completed malolactic fermentation in barrel.
