Zevenwacht The Tin Mine White Blend 2025 is a Stellenbosch white built around aromatic range, texture, and a quietly mineral finish. Sourced from the Polkadraai Hills, it brings together ripe orchard fruit, floral lift, and subtle oak in a style that feels generous without becoming heavy. This is the kind of white blend that offers plenty of immediate appeal, but also enough shape and restraint to keep it interesting in the glass.
The nose opens with apricot, peach, quince, and a light floral perfume. On the palate, lime adds a fresher edge, while a gentle creaminess and well-integrated oak give the wine breadth and softness through the middle. That richness is checked by a mineral finish, which helps the wine close with focus rather than weight. It would pair especially well with roast chicken, grilled fish, creamy pasta, or vegetable dishes with herbs and soft cheeses, where its fruit, texture, and freshness can work naturally at the table.
Already expressive and highly drinkable, this is a white blend that should show best in its youth while still holding enough structure for short-term development in bottle.

The fruit for The Tin Mine White comes from Zevenwacht’s estate vineyards in the Polkadraai Hills ward of Stellenbosch. These vineyards are planted on decomposed granite soils with varying levels of structure and clay in the subsoils, on south- to southwest-facing slopes at altitudes between 200 and 350 meters. These site conditions help shape the wine’s freshness, aromatic detail, and mineral drive.
