Description
The nose is intense and focused, showing cassis, blackcurrant, and dark berry fruit, layered with notes of cedar, spice, and subtle dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with concentrated fruit supported by firm, finely grained tannins. There is a polished balance between fruit and oak, leading to a long, persistent finish that speaks to both precision and careful maturation.
A serious, cellar-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine pairs beautifully with braised beef, mature sirloin, roast duck, and rich, savory dishes.
Following fermentation, the wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks before being matured for approximately 24 months in French oak barrels, predominantly new oak, to build structure and complexity. After bottling, the wine was further aged prior to release, allowing for integration and refinement.
