Description
The nose is intensely aromatic, revealing layers of pink grapefruit, ripe peach, pear, and citrus blossom, complemented by delicate floral notes and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, dry, and richly textured, with concentrated stone fruit and orchard fruit flavors balanced by vibrant natural acidity. Gentle lees influence adds a silky mouthfeel, while the extended skin contact contributes both structure and depth. The finish is long, savoury, and beautifully persistent.
A versatile, gastronomic white that pairs beautifully with roast pork, duck, Asian-inspired cuisine, rich seafood dishes, creamy cheeses, and mushroom risotto.

Approximately 20% of the wine was matured in French oak puncheons, with regular lees stirring adding richness, complexity, and a silky texture. The remaining wine was matured in tank to preserve freshness and varietal purity.
The wine was unfined, only lightly filtered, and not subjected to cold stabilization, allowing its natural aromas and texture to remain intact. A small amount of natural sediment may occur, reflecting the minimal intervention approach.
