Haute Cabrière Rosé 2026 is a 100% Pinot Noir rosé from Franschhoek, made in a fresh, delicate style that emphasizes red fruit, floral lift, and a soft dry finish. Sourced from younger vineyard blocks, the wine is designed around purity and easy drinkability while still retaining enough texture to feel composed at the table.
The nose opens with strawberry, rose petal, and lifted red berry aromas. On the palate, the wine is generous and lightly textured, with fresh acidity keeping the fruit bright and focused. The finish is dry, soft, and refreshing. It would pair naturally with fresh salads, grilled seafood, charcuterie, light pasta dishes, or simply serve well chilled as an aperitif.
Made for youthful enjoyment, this is a polished Pinot Noir rosé with a clear focus on freshness, fruit purity, and versatility.
The grapes were hand-harvested from younger vineyard blocks and whole-bunch pressed to preserve delicacy and fruit purity. Fermentation took place over 17 days at cool temperatures, helping retain freshness, floral aromatics, and the wine’s bright red fruit character.
