Description

Delicately crafted from free-run juice and whole-bunch pressed Pinot Noir, this elegant Cap Classique glows with a soft rose-gold hue and a fine, persistent mousse.

Notes of wild strawberry, cranberry, and sun-kissed naartjie dance on the palate, lifted by zesty acidity and a creamy, shortbread-rich texture. Floral aromas of rose petals and hints of warm baking spice round out each sip with finesse. A romantic sparkling wine with structure and soul, perfect for any celebration or quiet moment alike.
Handpicked Pinot Noir clones 113 and 115, grown at low yields for purity of fruit, were whole-bunch pressed at 19–20°B. After cold settling at 8°C, fermentation took place over two weeks at 14–16°C to preserve bright aromatics.

Full malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks added a creamy texture. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this méthode cap classique balances elegance, freshness, and finesse in every bubble.
