We gently de-stemmed the Merlot grapes, keeping whole berries intact to capture vibrant fruit purity. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with careful punch-downs to enhance color and tannin structure. After pressing, the wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels—15% new—developing smooth texture, layered depth, and refined balance.
