Uva Mira Mountain Vineyards The Mira Chardonnay 2025 is a high-altitude Stellenbosch white that balances richness with precision and mineral freshness. The style is concentrated but controlled, with ripe citrus and stone fruit held in check by bright acidity and a firm chalky structure that gives the wine both definition and aging potential.
The nose opens with creamy citrus, orange blossom, white peach, and nougat biscotti, lifted by a subtle saline note. On the palate, blood orange, almond, and naartjie zest unfold over a tight mineral core, while vibrant acidity keeps the texture focused and energetic. Uva Mira Mountain Vineyards is nestled against the Helderberg Nature Reserve in Stellenbosch.
