Description
The nose is expressive and refined, with aromas of dark chocolate, cacao, and red fruit, complemented by notes of pencil shavings, violet, and subtle savory nuances. On the palate, a juicy core of cherry and raspberry is supported by fresh herbal undertones and a touch of tobacco leaf. The tannins are fine, silky, and beautifully integrated, giving the wine a supple yet structured feel. A mineral edge and natural vibrancy carry through to a long, elegant finish that balances power with grace.
This is a polished, food-friendly Merlot, pairing effortlessly with roast lamb, duck, mushroom dishes, and refined, savory cuisine.
Following fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak barrels, allowing for integration of tannins and development of complexity while maintaining the wine’s natural elegance and fruit expression. The result is a Merlot that combines structure, finesse, and site-driven character.
