Description
The nose is delicate yet expressive, showing aromas of pomegranate, ruby grapefruit, strawberry, and raspberry, with a subtle floral lift. On the palate, the wine is crisp and refreshing, with bright red fruit and citrus carried by lively acidity. A gentle textural weight through the mid-palate adds depth, leading to a long, clean, and slightly seductive finish that lingers without heaviness.
This is a polished, food-friendly rosé that pairs beautifully with fresh seafood, summer salads, and Mediterranean-style dishes, or enjoyed on its own on warm days.
A portion of the wine (approximately 15–20%) was fermented and matured in large French oak barrels for a short period, adding subtle texture without compromising freshness. The balance of the wine was handled in stainless steel, resulting in a rosé that combines vibrancy, elegance, and gentle complexity.
